Rate
The rate, prepared by ATO and approved by the Authority for Electricity and Gas Water System AEEGSI, is calculated to cover the running costs for the delivery of water services clean water, waste water collection and treatment and ensure the return of investments in networks and systems.
The rate consists of the following items:
- water service rate (variable amount proportional to the consumption of drinking water measured);
- sewage service rate, (equally proportioned for the drinking water consumption);
- sewage service rate, (equally proportioned for the drinking water consumption);
- fixed fee;
- equalization charges laid by AEEGSI (eg. UI1).
