Service sustainability
Since 2013, MM obtained the Sustainability Certification "Make it Sustainable®", in relation to water services management, which values the business model applied by the Company oriented to the sustainable development of its activities aimed at achieving objectives related to the protection of 'environment, of resources and of the community.
MM is engaged in carrying out their activities to protect the needs of future generations through:
- the sharing of resources, knowledge and experiences on sustainability;
- the defense of fundamental collective values and respect for the environment, energy conservation and social equity;
- responsible behavior with regard to ethics and environmental and social;
- the search for balance between the results for the economic, social and environmental;
- environmental policy, energy and social shared with stakeholders and based on transparency;
- a responsible management of their services during their entire life cycle, also involving suppliers, customers and stakeholders;
- clear, accurate and consistent and recognizable to support its sustainable activities;
- investment in research and innovation to develop processes and services at lower environmental and social impact..
