Quality assurance

Since 1996, MM has set up and maintain a Quality Management System (certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001) in order to mobilizing intellectual resources and aimed at increasing the flexibility of the organizational structure to the stress environment outside, making available its technical expertise to the community and developing strategies with the stakeholders.

In this context, MM has identified the b "Quality Policy", which is the maximum satisfaction of its stakeholder (the customer, shareholder, end-users, the company staff, etc.) in compliance with the expectations and needs - explicit and implicit - obtained thanks to the high quality of services offered.

MM adopted the following Quality Policy:
- to obtain and maintain the Quality Management System;
- to facilitate the consolidation and extension of the Quality Management System as part of an approach to the Prevention and Improvement, through gradual vertical and horizontal integration through team activities and sharing of cross-functional objectives, to produce an overall result adhering to set expectations target;
- to facilitate the effective and efficient development of business processes and the sharing of objectives to achieve an overall result adhering to the expectations of the target;
- to ensure that the requirements of the Customer are identified, defined and satisfied in order to increase the satisfaction of the Customer;
- to implement a continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, setting annual targets for improvement verified in terms of progress and normalized in the Improvement Plan;
- to analyze the data resulting from processes, services, suppliers;
- to review the Quality Policy at least annually and, anyway, at organizational events or judged of significant market impact for teh company;
- to measure the satisfaction of the Customer, in order to control it and improve it over time;
- to develop, both internally and through external partners, the awareness of the iQuality Management System, sensitizing all stakeholders;
- to monitor systematically the education, the quality and activities of the staff with research and technical training courses, both theoretical and practical, in order to improvet competences and their adaptation to the demands expressed by the market and to maintain a high standard of motivation of human resources;
- to prevent and preside systemically to the prevention and protection of staff;
- to use staff with skills, especially technical, to the quality standards required by the market, designed as an incentive to design and to produce works that fully meet the objectives and that can be implemented on schedule and characteristics of functionality and adequate maintainability;
- to ensure the confidentiality of information, the stability of the structure and a strong propensity to provide services that meet the needs of the Customer;
- to monitor the effectiveness of these procedures and evaluate during the review investigations Quality Management Systemany necessary corrections to be taken, through monitoring and performance evaluation systems made.
