MM has received from RFI the assignment for the design and construction of the Rho-Fiera station. The railway stop is located at the new exhibition center, along the existing lines Milan-Gallarate and Novara-Milan and the new high-capacity Milan-Turin. The railway stop has the function of interchange with both the underground network of Line 1, with both the public and private road mobility, thanks to a parking and a bus terminal. The bus consists of six tracks, served by four piers 450 m long by an atrium on the lower level, directly connected via the underground corridors with the interchange north, the station Rho-Fiera Milano Line M1 and the Fair south. The vertical connections between atrium and docks are insured by elevators and escalators, and the corridors to the Fair and Line 1 are provided with the treadmill. The work began in July 2005 and was completed in April 2009.
