Length of the line: 10 km (6.3 miles)
The route of Line 1 crosses the City of Verona from the east - in the district of San Michele - to the west - the Stadio Bentegodi - and runs for 10 km (6.3 miles) with a total of 27 stops. In addition to the historic centre, it serves some of the City’s main centres of attraction. It also interchanges with private traffic and traditional bus services at the two terminuses and with the rail system at the two stations of Porta Nuova and Porta Vescovo. Metropolitana Milanese was responsible for revision of the preliminary design of the line.
