Brief description
The municipal authority has entrusted Metropolitana Milanese with complete renovation of the sewerage system of the Olmi district, whose construction dates back to 1967. The project involves the design and construction of a sewerage system in earthenware and reinforced concrete complete with inspection and junction chambers over a distance of approximately 4400 metres and connection to the sewerage system of the Municipality of Milan via the creation of a lift tank with a volume of 3700 m3. The project includes the associated completion works, the connections to road drainage and buildings, the electrical and mechanical systems for the lift tank, the operational maintenance of the existing drainage system for the whole duration of the works and restoration of the surface layout with reconstruction of road surfaces affected by pipe-laying operations.
